The requirements of my undergraduate degree included an internship at an education-related facility. I completed mine at the Ohio Literacy Resource Center (more information about this is in my resume). I worked with Dianna and the book selection committee to choose more YA novels and graphic novels to add to the trade books collection. Management class - Mini Case Study #1

My Management of Library and Information Centers class assigned four case studies consisting of real scenarios encountered by our professor (a public library director). This first paper posed the problem that we were a new manager coming into a work environment that was caustic and resistant to change. We were to address how to establish cooperation and transition the staff to a new management style.
